Mattias Clymer
Mattias is a real estate agent and investor based in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. He hosts the REI Agent podcast with his wife Erica, sharing the systems, strategies, and deal breakdowns that have shaped their investing journey. He is passionate about using technology and automation to build a business that funds a portfolio — not the other way around. Mattias believes agents have a unique structural advantage as investors: early access to deals, deep market knowledge, and professional networks that most outside investors simply can't replicate.
Erica Clymer
Erica is a licensed therapist and real estate investor who co-hosts the REI Agent podcast alongside Mattias. She brings a grounded, human perspective to every conversation — focused on what it actually looks like to build an investment portfolio alongside a career, a family, and real life. Erica keeps the content honest, relatable, and rooted in real experience rather than theory.
