Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how REI Agent (the "Service," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the REI Agent CRM at app.reiagent.com and related sites. REI Agent is operated by Mattias Clymer.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and login credentials when you sign up.
- CRM data you enter — contacts, notes, relationship details (FORD), tasks, deals, and commission figures you add to the product.
- Data from connected accounts — if you choose to connect a Google account, the data described in "Google account connections" below.
- Usage data — basic, standard log and device information used to operate and secure the Service.
Google account connections
Connecting your Google account is optional. If you connect it, REI Agent requests only the following Google scopes, and uses the data solely to provide the features described:
- Google Contacts (
contacts) — to import and keep your contacts in sync with your REI Agent CRM so you can categorize and nurture your sphere. - Google Calendar (
calendar.events,calendar.readonly) — to create and update calendar events for follow-ups, showings, and deadlines, and to display your existing events as busy blocks in the task planner. - Google Tasks (
tasks) — to read and sync your tasks with the REI Agent task planner.
We do not request access to your Gmail messages. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the app settings; doing so revokes our access and stops further syncing.
Limited Use disclosure. REI Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it except as needed to provide and improve the Service or as required by law.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the CRM, sync and display your contacts, calendar, and tasks, provide the Profit First and commission features, support you, secure the Service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored in our database infrastructure provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL), with access controls that isolate each customer's data. We use industry-standard measures to protect it in transit and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can disconnect a connected account at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Synced Google data is removed from active use when you disconnect.
Your choices
Connecting Google is optional and the CRM is fully usable with manually entered contacts. You may disconnect integrations, request access to or deletion of your data, and contact us with any privacy questions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
