Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the REI Agent CRM (the "Service"), operated by Mattias Clymer ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

REI Agent is a customer-relationship platform for real estate agents, combining sphere/relationship management with a built-in Profit First module for commission allocation and wealth planning.

Trial & billing

• New accounts start with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required.
• After the trial, continued use is $99/month (or an annual option where offered). You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges.
• Founding pricing, where offered, is honored per the terms shown at signup.

Not financial advice

The Profit First module and any projections are educational tools only and use an illustrative benchmark return rate (e.g., 7%); they are not financial, tax, or investment advice and returns are not guaranteed. Consult your accountant and a qualified financial advisor before making tax-withholding or investment decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully, to keep your login secure, to use only data you are authorized to use, and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Your data & connected accounts

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. Our handling of your data, including any connected Google account, is described in our Privacy Policy. Connecting third-party accounts is optional and subject to those providers' terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
